I have been attending Liz’s Pilates and Yoga classes for a number of years now – at local premises, her Shala and via Zoom during lockdown.
Liz is an excellent teacher across both disciplines and it is quite obvious that she enjoys teaching us. She is highly professional and very knowledgeable; her expert knowledge of body movement and the functions of the various muscle groups means that she is able to provide tips and techniques to improve strength and flexibility. She pitches her lessons at just the right level for each group and always plans each lesson carefully, managing to keep us on our toes by adding variety and introducing fresh challenges while keeping it fun.
Would highly recommend Liz’s classes – they have become one of the things I look forward to most each week ! Her yoga classes are the perfect combination of meditation, stretch, work out and relaxation – i always come away feeling positive and energised.
